✅ When You Are Eligible for a Refund

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Full Refund:
    If we are unable to start or complete your project, you are entitled to a 100% refund, no questions asked.

  • Partial Refund:
    If we have partially completed your order (e.g., 50% of the lead list), you will receive a pro-rated refund based on the percentage of work completed. For example, if 50% of leads are delivered, you will receive a 50% refund.

  • Lead Replacement / Free Revisions:
    If you receive invalid, bounced, or unusable leads, we offer:

    • Free lead replacement

    • Revisions or edits to meet your targeting criteria

    • Minor adjustments based on your feedback

We do not provide refunds for fully completed projects unless the leads are proven to be invalid and beyond acceptable quality standards.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • We reserve the right to assess lead validity and delivery records before approving a refund.

  • All refund and dispute requests will be handled in accordance with our service terms and in alignment with standard industry practices and any applicable payment processor guidelines.
