This policy applies to all services: B2B Lead Generation, Email List Building, Contact List Building, Data Enrichment, Data Entry & Formatting, and Job Title Research.
You are entitled to free replacement records in the following situations:

Replacement requests submitted after 14 days of delivery may not be honoured. Please review your delivery promptly upon receipt.
We commit to the following accuracy standards for every order:

If your order falls below these thresholds, you are entitled to free replacement of the underperforming records or a partial refund (see Section 4).
A partial refund will be issued in the following circumstances:
Partial refunds are calculated proportionally based on the number of inaccurate or undeliverable records as a percentage of your total order value.
Example: If 100 out of 500 contacts (20%) are inaccurate and cannot be replaced, you would receive a 20% partial refund of the order value.
A full refund will be issued if:
Full refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider (PayPal, Wise, bank transfer).
We do not issue full refunds for completed and delivered orders where the data meets our stated accuracy standards, even if outreach campaigns do not achieve the results you hoped for. Data accuracy and campaign performance are separate matters.

Please do not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute before contacting us. We are always happy to resolve issues directly and quickly. Chargebacks without prior contact may result in permanent suspension of service.
